In a relationship
with a warrioresque
my advice to you
is listen
take it in
and act on it
my view
most blokes
never contemplate
in their own little
world
of everything I do is right
then suddenly they’re hurled
into a world of panic
confusion and the rest
if they had listened to the other
half
that would have been best
and then it wouldn’t have
happened
everything would be
as right as rain
the window pane
would be dry
and we could see
women know the score
before it happens
they’ve been there
seen it, done it
yea they know
they have judgement
based on practicality
it works for them
so why is it a blow
when I didn’t listen
as I should have done
I reversed into a bus
you see not that much fun
another time
I wasted hours
and lost a lot of sweat
if I had only listened
things would have been set
fair instead I didn’t
and I paid the price
so now when I am told do
it
I do it
in a trice
the way she says to do it
I never change the rules
it makes no sense to do that
its behaviour for the fools
