a living,
and, just about breathing creature
we have stripped its skin from it
it seems to be a feature
of our sentient nature
some hag, wants a fur bag
a collar
or a pair of gloves
when riding in the jag

well let me show you
animals with feeling
more than you
are stripped of all their fur
they feel such pain
have you a clue?
when you break a finger nail
you probably go and sob
this poor soul
was stripped of skin
and, then we did rob

imagine it when
moaning
when jack frost
takes a pew
and so you feel okay
with wearing
the remnants, clueless you
that poor creature
and its ravaged skin
your excuses
are now wearing thin
