Sentients

We are perilously close to losing contact
With the spirit and the mindset of those who
Share the Human time frame and are sacrificed
For behind closed doors, we do know what some do
Science holds its arms aloft protesting
At those intruders trying hard to see
Perilously close to gaining access
To vivisection techniques possibly
Vital are the Laws that govern Nature
Soulless are the sentients with fur
In the name of Science they must sacrifice
their lives, their cries, their fears begins to stir
In people who stood peacefully against them
stepped into a conflict passed the line
who saw the inhumanity, who witnessed
the suffering of innocents who pine
The barriers of language clearly choke off
the torturing behaviour of a few
Who stand to further Science by continuing
to experiment and to harm
the spirits too
Who share the world alongside Man
The Planet, reels for the destruction is now seen
By almost everybody not just Eco’s
who earlier had sacrificed and been
ready to expose the evil practices
but clashed in spirit with the might of man
of scientific sortees in to sickness and
Profitablity which didn’t scan
Now the funding of such base experimentation
is there and thus the Primates do concede
their powerless to prevent the present holocaust
For the perpetrators know they can succeed
Laws are now in place giving them credence
and vile disturbing pictures sometimes flow
Man is sick because he fails to realise
the error bringing terror bringing woe
To so many of God’s other sweet creations
Part of the Greater Natural Scheme of things
Man takes on much more than he can handle
And inevitably much closer it thus brings
A conflict, which is Interest versus Ethic
Socially Responsible to who?
Those who have an interest and will fund it
or those who have their hearts set just not to
A stand off with the sentients in the middle
and the future of the sick appears to be
Raised to fog the issue that is ethic
Though shareholders, have the power to disagree
