30 years and we are free(from experimentation)

Its been 30 years
of torture, insanity was our’s
shut up in a tiny cage
for hours and hours and hours
the memory of the forest
the memory of the trees
the memory of us preening
the memory of the Bees
and now we have an open door
Come let’s go outside
Let’s just play
in the sunshine
or we can go and hide
Look you have a shadow
Look I have one too
It seems this place
is freedom
it seems lights coming through
the heart aches are now over
it seems that we are free
no more dirty cages
or electrodes
come lets see
Lets look around our compound
Lets investigate lets be
happy playing in the sun
free from adversity
