The tangle and torment
of green luscious growth
Caught up in the fires
that we hear
That ravage the countryside
Vast black smoke curtains
That decimate darkly and clear
Where death is laid out and from it
comes new life
A vitality not to be missed
Here it is evidenced
by the black members
That failed us
their hopes to resist
