Freemantle Market corner of South Terrace and Henderson Street

On the corner of South Terrace
and Henderson Street
a big public market
Its old but does greet
a very small number of cars
otherwise
You walk through the doors
and get a surprise
Fresh Fruit and Vegetables
run by Chinese
A Thai Vegan Kitchen
trying to please
Aboriginal goodies
A Raw Cafe too
Doughnuts fried in
Rice bran oil hoping you
will buy into
their reason to use
less harmful fat
A Henna tattooist
Coffee, and that
Preserved Sausage stall
Really so much to see
Freemantle Market
is the place to be
