Emu’s

An Emu coming at you
isn’t funny
Its unforgiving strides
can really put
The fear of God
up those of us still trying
To capture them on film
Don’t put a foot
wrong or you may
wind up sort of groggy
bound up with some
bandages and splints
You might recall
Rod Hull and his wee puppet
and his amazing coloured feathers
hue’s and tints
