The fox and the Butterfly

What is this blue thing
Is it a fairy
Beautiful gossamer threadlike so wary
Of me and my whiskers
Bright little soul
I am the fox
Very much in control
But then she retorted
Hear how I sing
I am a butterfly
Good at flying
