Pigeons and windows and grilles

Steel grilles everywhere
Pigeons oh dear
Feather and grills
It’s something they fear
Birds dropping everywhere
Dying in pain
Who left the window openMacclesfield Mill
In black Lane i hear
Windows left open
Pigeons did appear
On cold draughty nights
Where would you go
But down the old Mill
For a spot of elbow
That’s get in the dry
Cuddle up if you can
But there is no escape
Life’s gone down the pan
