Cypermethrin has been used in Scotland
But due to its effects on bees
They say
It has been dropped and now they use
Acetamiprid from Aventis
A neonicotinoid
That does allay
The problem though it is very
Toxic to birds and there
Are many birds about
It bio acculmulates
And it is highly toxic
And about it all
For me there is no doubt

Birds are going to suffer
Thats for certain
And moderately
Aquatic organisms too
Protecting the wood industry
Is one thing
But what about the birds
Does it ring true
