A hive of activity
Does spring to mind
An incredible cycle of souls
Their givenness exploited
By man unkind
Who takes on a brute
Of the roles
Each Bee apparently
It Knows its role
And gives its
Undying support and their soul
Two kinds of food
Are required in the hive
The honey from nectar
collected from flowers
And each gives many hours
The other is pollen
From the anthers of flowers
Lots of small grains
With innumerable powers
So we can identify
Bees that find pollen
And others the sugary juice
Which is stored in their stomachs
It is precious something that I must adduce
If she gets hungry she can open
A valve and the rich energy
Its very hard work flying here
Flying there
And this sugary juice aids the qi
She is an amazing example
Of industry, planning and more
She is heavy but can carry almost her own weight
In pollen in baskets for sure
There isn’t a aeroplane up in the sky
That can carry its own weight
And be able to fly
But the Bee does this
And fly back everyday
A remarkable being
In everyway
The nectar is passed to one of the Bees
And is processed by others
Mouth to mouth they seize
The moment reducing the moisture content
And it becomes honey
Yes heaven sent
Some goes to the cells
Before mouth to mouth and
Its then capped with wax
We must understand
Its made for their babies
All that rich protein
Is just what is needed
And its ethically green
For one jar of honey
Some 300 bees will be working
Their socks off
Thats just to please
For nearly a month
All that foraging and we
Just steal it all
Thinking we are a Bee
And remember its food for the baby
As such
So eating it ourselves
Its really too much
Incredibly sweet
How selfish we be
Taking it out of the mouths of the wee
The wee ones the babies
We should by now
Take on vegan principles
And so know how
There are malt syrups
Barley and rice
There is Amasake
Thats incredibly nice
So really no reason
To always take away
The food for bee babies
So my thought for the day
Commercial honey making is killing the bees
Along with so many environmental stresses
We must understand their predicament and be less greedy
Realising it is bee food for infants thus much too extreme food for us. Be sensitive to the creatures that support
Us. please
Its also most of it not even honey in the true sense
Its HMF content making it no better than refined syrups
From sugar cane
