Its chalk and cheese
Its gale and breeze
Its a totally unnatural place
The oceans have such meaningful depth
A sea world tank is a coffins breadth
Such colossal mammals
All breathing air
Imagine the alienation there
Having to accept a concrete death
Compared to a chasm and a race for breath
So full of life each mouthful of air
And The concrete prison that we share
The complete indifference of Sea World
A corporate monster where we are hurled
A maelstrom, a dark acid bath
Feeling wretched racked with wrath
The masterful mosquito who
Is the most lethal dream come true
Minute compared to an Orca, they
But we great reservoirs who pay
Vast amounts of rich red blood
Mosquito heaven one great flood
These violent beasties fly by night
We are preyed upon each tiny bite
Who knows who was their most recent meal
Their last vector they can’t reveal
The source when sucking on our soul
Tiny perhaps but in control
And they come together like biting mists
As we lay motionless like tiny fists
Beating our skin bruising it so
Injecting their venom as well we know
The ocean saves us its salty aura
So many inhabitants the greenest of flora
Life is abundant its where we should be
But instead we are here unfortunately
“Kanduke” and “Taku” both became
Victims yes the very same
Encaphalitis and West Nile Virus
Foreign bugs they were to blame
But honestly if the truth be known
Sea World’s arrogance it has shown
Those who understand it all
How we suffer from the ghoul
The tiniest assassin a killing machine
Who preys on who creates its scene
It should never be we should never be
Floating in a tank unexpectedly
No where to go our freedom lost
Really we can count the cost
Of their massive medic care each day
That imbalances systems
And attracts the prey
Our blood gets acidic
Mosquito’s are drawn
To the heat and dark
A CO2 dawn
For them we are magnets
Their brethren spared
As to whether they know
That they have dared
Climb this mountain
Insert their spike
And suck up our blood
Which they so like
Its for their offspring
They are vegan souls
Their eggs will hatch
It completes the roles
And Sea world weirdly
Knows these facts
But still are happy to just relax
Fill their coffers
And take what stick
Comes their way
The arithmetic
As long as its up
Bums on seats
The dumbed down mob
Sharing the treats
The shamu’s bob
The constant stream
Of lies they tell
And of course what is
Our Orca Hell
We all get bitten
It par for the course
Our blood becomes
Their big resource
And so we suffer
Its a sea pen we
Need to get into
Immediately
Don’t hum and ah
Excuses won’t do
The salty sea does things for you
It alkaline and the deepest blue
Is where we should be
Which is wholly true
