Who murdered the polar bear in such awful circmstances

Its supposed to have happened
On Wrangel an island in The chukchi Sea
A construction company working
For the military
RUSSLYOns is that company
And conflicting stories too
One says the bear ate the charge
And another it was thrown
A clue
The bear was in great agony rolling and twisting about
Around and around it was screaming
There can be little doubt
That the animals was in agony
Despite the Russians who
Were using their cell phones
And recording it all
For anyone here to see

What is it that make men do this
Its never a joke to see
The terror the hatred the loathing
The complete adversity
Gradually losing blood too
The ice a bloody ring
Whoever did this horrible act
Is born of savagery

To see this animal writhing
In its own juice one can say
Going around in circles
In what was such dismay
It was scurrilous behaviour
And a red listed animals too
If its proven to have been tortured and killed
