What is fun about hunting
Its a nasty evil game
A pastime some might call a sport
Some do even claim
That it is now an essential
A conservationists dream
The thought of coupling hunting
With such word’s just make me scream
Hunting is an anathema
Its a cruel and frightening thought
Chasing a wild animal
Till hopefully its caught
And slammed into a death roll
And finished off at will
Shot and slaughtered on the spot
Till all its blood you spill
A wild soul lost forever
This is sacrilege
This is a vile upheaval
Of life and to allege
That the world is a better place now
To hunt to kill to lose
The very souls created
To enchant
I so refuse
To contemplate and wonder
How psychopathy does rule
In a world of so many miracles
He who surfaces is the fool
