Trua a male orca 9 years old
Treated like a gold fish
Just look at this sweet soul
Clearly bloody suffering
And Sea World in control
Sorting out their balance sheets
And telling us their lies
Just look down in the water
You can see the orca guys
Shadows of their former selves
Floating when they should
Really be moving at some knots
Across the waves for they could
They are social animals
Learning about play
We turn their world of wonderment
Into disarray
A dead world of human beings
The moronic set
Who imagine that the orcas
In their concrete tanks are set
Fine, these splendid creatures
Who demonstrate their skill
Their eagerness, their fervour
Their ardour how they thrill
Grown men and old mariners
Watching them will sigh
And come away from an interlude
With big tears in each eye
By lying in a concrete tank
Now waiting to die
Whilst the Sea World board
Is knocking back the cognac
From on high
Counting up their dollars
Hoping there’s lots to come
From capturing more wild souls
And making them as numb
Orca’s love the ocean
Love the great depths they
Can explore and chase
Can really race
And with myriad speed boats
play
You can see whole pods of them
Marvellous family groups
They socialise they mentor
But in these Sea World soups
Yes its a different story
A sordid chlorine tank
In what is their own piss and slime
The water it gets rank
Fed on buckets of dead fish
Thrown at them so they
Can perform their futile little tricks
To blow more trolls away
Seaworld has to realise
This habitat is poor
No matter how big they build their tanks
For orca’s it is war
Its awful to imagine the arrogance of man
Trying to capture killer whales
Which is of course their plan
But it doesn’t work a bundle
The animals are sick
What they want is their freedom
They are in prison with walls so thick
Not quite as thick as Sea World’s heads
But thick enough to see
That trying to take their wildness away
It just should never be
And its never education
Not in a million years
In fact its utter anguish
And a million tears
They cry of course they cry
Who wouldn’t pulled out of the sea
Taken from their family groups
Its madness actually
Sea world and their hangers on
Are psychopathic trolls
Show them the word sentient
And clearly it is poles
Away from what the orca’s suffer
Their sorrow and their pain
And Making money out of this
In the long run has no gain
This is so beautiful
Thanks. Kimberly yes these great Orca’s their sadness must overwhelming
How can we do this to them
When cancer comes to the SEAWORLD people it happens because they are indeed the cancer we call it karma but this is how I see it
