Cold weather payments

St Louis Police Dept
Wants a clamp down on those who
Own dogs but try to disown them
So what they are going to do
Is round up any stray dogs
Stranded in the cold cut their bloody chains off
And keep them in a hold

Remind them in no uncertain
Terms
That a hefty fine they will get
What I would do is photograph
Them
And photograph their pet
And put it on the front page
Of the paper every day
Shame the bastards
Into realising they must pay
Chaining dogs out in the cold
Heartless bastards they
Ought to have a spell mountain the kennel too
Today
Let them drink some froze water
Let them feel the frost
Let them suffer life is tougher
When you just feel tossed
Out like so much garbage
Left to your resource
Frozen in some kennel
In some yard as a matter of course
