Lamentation is it anything we can learn from

Reality is intoxication

when ignorance is here

such suffering

a sort of on line holocaust

where fear

exchanges lamentation

for an outpouring of belief

for the painfulness of knowing

the mortifying grief

this is a plague

of disinllusionment

an affront to decent thought

an invidious and distasteful moment

with 500  or so caught

up in religious fervour

hysterical intent

agitated mongrels run amok

until they are spent

impassive and unconscious

in their woebegotten state

hideous and shocking

where few can now relate

to the gravity

and the unpropitious ways

of this sudden reign of terror

this craven quitter phase

revolting and abhorrent

nauseous am I

for numbness is a lost word

where the mountains meet the sky
