others can try
the energy giants
caught out in a lie
its clearly apparent
the community can
self determine its future
and the long term plan
THE CORPORATE GIANT
may bluster and blow
may threaten and throw money
but they can go
to hell
heavy industry has to back down
they’re bullying tactics
in them they can drown
this intimidation
this arrogant stuff
the people together
said they’d had enough
we’d suffered abuse
and the hands of these of these sods
and now the high court
has spoke up for the gods
the planet is reeling
the water supply
being hit
being wasted
we have to ask why?
community control
has to win through
and prove what the government
just has to do
the right thing
by the people
removing these fools
who ruin what we’ve built up
re writing rules
fracking is lacking
and we’ve sent them packing
its no good attacking
us we have the backing
and now we are sacking
and bloody high jacking
the corporate arses
whose cases are cracking
WELL DONE DRYDEN AND ALL YOUR SPLENDID HARDWORKING CITIZENS WHO PUT THEIR TIME AND EFFORT INTO DEFEATING THE CORPORATIONS
