We cows know a lot about each other

Knowing that this life

is the bliss for them

the grazing fields of green

just imagine being in the

slaughterhouse

that machine

of death so close

and man the violent

great insensitive

what does he know

we recognize each other

and we live and love

and grow

so to hear.to see to feel

each other dying in the shed

watching our friend

meet her end

and feeling as we are led

into the same killing place

we recognize them all

once they we all stood side

by side

bow we hang against the wall

If men  realized

what we know

how we feel

then down below

we recognize the men who  thrust

their knives

and made us feel

worthless useless helpless

this thought hard to conceal
