a 500 pounder
and one lethal bullet
and this massive hog
hits the deck and is dead
the hunter is hungry
converting the body
into a supply
that’s what he said
a wild feral butchery store
on 4 legs
roaming the forest
a family in tow
and we have a hunter
who isn’t there starving
its just with his truck
and his gun he can go
and blast a wild boar
blast it into oblivion
bait it for 4 weeks
and kill it like that
500 pounds of flesh bone
and muscle
cut down in its prime
that’s where it was at
In this day and age
with the stores full of carnage
what is the reason to do what he does
go out in the forest an bag him a boar
and do it because he gets that great buzz
sorry chum you are lost in a mayhem
of your own making there isn’t the need
to bait and to murder courageous wild creatures
and I for one wish that you do not succeed
the fact that you have
and its all in your freezers
your family will eat all this karmic delight
what of the family that will now be grieving
none of you care
and how is that right
