Contemplating the Naval( booms)

The American Navy
is clearly aware
that is sonic boom weaponry
can bloody scare
the big whales the small whales
and all those within
innocent souls
frighten out of their skin
blast their brains skywards
they find themselves lost
beached on the weeds
at considerable cost
to them so much bleeding
that curdles their soul
these beautiful creatures
just lost all control
one minute were lithe
and graceful and then
a great sonic boom split them
fired by some men
who knew of the outcome
but they didn’t care
they announced it
before hand
so they were aware
its all about tests
and more tests in the sea
what it does to the creatures
do not blame me
its the Navy the weaponry
yea and the rest
and look at that poor whale
and we should invest
in better technology
than causing such harm
to innocent sentinels
forever calm
a great warm intelligence
lost in our space
a vast wave of sounds
that suddenly race
out across the ocean
and into the minds
of many dead souls
who did not see our signs
