A massive Cabbage palm
has grown
Some 30 feet or more
when sown
Who could have thought
it could attain
Such heights with just
the sun and rain
in what is chiefly
sandy soil
unyet clearly it
dared to toil
in the glorious mound
in what is God’s
sweet and hallowed ground
