One of Adelaide’s unfortunates

He’s back

from whence he came

The chook

half plucked and so sore

Clearly he feels safe there

Sitting by my door

His wrinkled brow

His diseased face

Reminds me that I too

Have been denied normality

For distase has struck me through

I gamble as I amble

along the streets alone

But clearly there’s

a resemblance as his

presence now has shown
