Can anyone have a patent on living sentient life forms

with engineered susceptibility
to Cancer, and thus the American Patents
agreed that his modified form
was an invention and so the first patent
on Life on this planet was born

The ethic of Patents
had up to that moment
excluded live animals, but
With genetically engineered
Frankenstein Creates
it now, wasn’t open or shut
Precedents had been established
which opened the barn doors to those
Great Corporates forces
with horses for courses
And big bets to put on the nose

its building secured like Fort Knox
Is busily patenting seeds
of the world and has lodged a Pig Patent, that shocks
PIG DNA has been lodged, and could pay
a terrible blow to us all
Because if they can patent live animals
Then on food they will have the first call

For years they’ve been working
away in laboratories
funded by other rich souls
Corporate interests
who want some shared action
quietly they’ve been scoring goals
And ordinary farmers
all around the world
Might soon lose out
if this goes through
For each pig thats born
anywhere in the world
May have to pay them,
Yes, its true

The American Patents
apparently think
they are Gods when it
comes down to Law
For already the Scientists
are making claims
and I do expect
there will be more
The public sat back
and just bought into it
In America
Foods not labelled there
And here in Europe
corporate money
is helping to bolster and share

Its clear in my mind domination
World domination of Supply
If you want to grow,want to farm
want to sell, want to eat
Then You have to apply
To the new God, his name is Monsanto
Monsatan infact is more apt
For commision is payable and thats
up front
So the whole world
is f====== well trapped

There must be something
that others
can do to stop
what is such an affront
This Corporate power house
steps up to the lectern
And treats us like
some little runt
The world held to ransome
by Corporates who
Should be told where to go
and made to

tearing up their
