Canada and its stand on seals

Canada must be joking
when it has the nerve to say
that what it does to baby seals
is ethical, the way
you kill a baby ethically
is you take a huge great stick
and you smash it down upon their heads
once seen
you just feel sick

those babies choke
up milk as they lay dying
and what’s it all about
you have to ask
fur that’s what its all about
and lots of dollar bills
and therefore we must take
them now to task
its in no way a stretch of the imagination
is it anything
but murder and if someone did this they
would end up in a court indicted
Canada this is really not the way
For years you’ve carried out this
vile demolishing
of baby seals and your excuses have worn
thin
so many years ago
don’t you really have to know
a worldwide ban on products
must begin
we have to hit your mindset
where your brains are
its dollars bills and profit for the few
prepared to deal in blood and guts and babies
and saying that’s it’s ethical will do
