Beltane and Glastonbury

Amassing at the Market Cross

in the summer rain

Pok the Bard who labours hard

With his  beautiful refrain

of all the glorious couplets

bringing magic to the fore

such lavish prodigality

from Pok the Troubador

expressed with intuition

deep feelings, and some more

expressions of the yesteryear

from our avid Troubador

the people clad in colours

a frame of mind all true

the Glastonbury state of mind

at Beltane was on view

Clad yourselves in green

Youths eternal sprite

The beginning of Summer

The peak of Spring

The neophyte finds consciousness

Spiritual life is going to bring

Wild witches prepare your potions

The herb of seven needs will be

Yarrow ancient’s useage medicinally
