Bardic affairs at Glastonbury

the Town Cryer in green

a setting the scene

the Mayor he was  there

as we see

the rain it was falling

warm Summer rain

Beltane assuredly

the birth of procedings

streams of Bardic prose

Tradition responsive and true

dramatic expressions of pulsating vigour

that  captured with ardour anew
