Larsen traps

Discriminative but not thoughtful
Tactful maybe so
Arrogance yes its out there
Ignorance on show
Human beings imagine
That they have the ideas
They are always right
Thats how it appears

We all have reasons to be here
Nature made it so
Corvids tbey are magickal
Everywhere they go
The use of Larsen Traps on them
And the points of view
Of trapping birds
Then killing them
Is what we shouldnt do

We have no right to do this
Our reasoning is wrong
We blame it on predation
On those birds who belongIn
In the treetops
Singing
Their carrolling refrain
But Crows and magpies have a place
Their lives are not in vain

Jackdaws jays and even Rooks
Have their place of worth
They are clad in ebony
Frequenters of the earth
Trapping birds alive
So as to kill them out of sight
Is wrong on every facet
Humans are a blight

And it often points to hunters
Or at shooters who require
To take on birds for so called sport
Their reasoning is dire
All birds have their place
Mapped out by the great mother we know
She fledged each baby each survivor
And everyone on show

Should be allowed to join the flock
Who are we to say
That because you are a corvid
You must be blown away
The magick it is out there
And larsen traps I say
Should not be used or sold on Amazon
As they are everyday

Our arrogance is awful
And our ignorance is too
We are murdering the wildlife
Yes we are its true
Even the RSPB are sanctioning the use
Provided you have permission
Even then its still abuse

Abuse of your standing
Their standing snd the rest
Arrogance and ignorance
Cancers i dont jest
They all are wrong so stop this
Trapping of wild birds
Listen to the bard who knows
Listen to his words
