Thorri and the fin whale

The Icelandic people
Apparently
Have a celebration named
Thorri he is a winter spirit
And a micro brewery claimed
The need to produce a special beer
Made out of fin whales balls
Testicles an endangered species
For the season calls

For something truly special
Smoked testicles would give
The beer a distinctive character
Would help the drinker live
A fuller sexual life
With all that energy around
Clearly they are sick of mind
And such ambivalence does astound

On one hand they are endangered
But the Thorri has to be
Regarded and rewarded by what is
Celebratory
A brew from ancient history
To please the weather one
To please the local farmers
And to add to winter fun
