what we do and what response we get
from what we do
is not just what we do
you know
its what others think
of you
and how they would react
themselves
to visual aids let’s say
hanging beavers stripped of skin
outside a shop
might say
something completely
different to somebody
and something else to another
so what we
were hoping for
was an answer
but instead we upset some
excited some and frighteningly
lost some of our customers
for them it was just too
blatant, in their face, of course
they didn’t know what to do
so responses to such graphic stuff
if done in another way
perhaps a poem might get through
or a song might save the day
everybody’s different
don’t treat everyone the same
we are all individuals
it knowing how to ply the game
they makes it more worthwhile
so really being blatant
you can drive people away
