GRANGE DAIRY DORSET

I have to point to arrogance
From M&S as well
as the Dairy farm
in Dorset
And the lovely milk they sell
It’s all about high welfare
M&S says,
they
Use the best suppliers
But it’s isn’t right today
COBB and Sons we understand
Apparently delay
The transfer for their 8 week old calves
Leaving them it appears
Close to their mothers but
Separated with the ensuing fears

Already dairy I tHink is cruel
In that the calves can’t nurse at all
The public get the milk
The calves are not on call
They get sent away
And either fed on milky slops
Do they become veal cutlets
Or possibly veal chops

Or just sent to the abattoir
Infanticide right on

To hear from
Care
That both these organisations
Say how proud
They are to sell high welfare
When they lie and lie out loud
It just grieves me to learn this
And makes me feel alarmed
That M&S are slipping
And the poor calves they are harmed
