I am agog at the sinfulness

So I must die as an excuse
And absorb the sin of man
A mere bird of the barn am I
Who has never been a fan
Never really understood
The Jewish way of life
But given to understand
That death is mine
The forgoing strife
Mine just for the taking
You breaking
My neck
Subjecting us to an agony
With nobody to check
What you do
Nor question the simple facts
You speak
Our innocence is nothing
Not at all unique
It’s your way
And so ofcourse it’s right
Creations miracle was
Given up to the light above
And we are here because
Your sins can be cleansed easily
By the wretchedness of pain
We listen as you ring our necks
And know it’s not in vain

Arrogance your forte
Ignorance as well
You come from some vast holy place
Not so far from Hell
For us we are egg layers
Abused in all we do
Our blood is in your vaccines
Heart stoppers good and true
Sentience our secret
The threshold we expect
Suffering is it worth it
Does anyone object
Does our screaming wake your spirit
Does our blood loss help you feel
One after another we reach the goal
The rainbow bridge is real
Abandoned near the synagogue
The stupor of it all
Religion is the reason
Its why we hear the call
Throttled torn a’sunder
Victims of today
God made everyone of us
Which is why we now must pay

The piper for the experience
Of death the mortal coil
Leaves us for us feathered one’s
Our place a rolling boil
A soup of flesh and vegetables
Kashrut and all of that
The ritual sprung upon us
And the knowledge of where
We are at
