MOON DAISIES at Midsumme

Moon Daisies really happily
In avalanches cajole
And offer souls the light
And presence
Seemingly their role
Alongside Wild Roses delicately
Placed
sweeping downwards from on high
Into verges vast and flowing
Spectacular in every way
In the hawthorn tangle
Watch the Elder Blossoms sway

Midsummer is upon us
The raucousness of crows
Cacophonous and throaty
Brought into the prose
The intensity and lustre
The mulberry and the lavender
A vibrancy of Rosemary
Everywhere it shows

Pigments exposed clearly
Definition bold
Outdoor pursuits are evident
Really feeling rolled in sunshine
In the soft embrace
Sharing far infra red
And decidingly encouraged
To bring things to a head
