AMERICAN HORSES DESTINED FOR CANADA AND THE EU

Despite international standards
Right across the board
Horses are getting a raw deal
And the world cannot afford
The pointlessness and illogical
Terror that I hear
Is happening to horses
Who are rootless and in fear

RAcehorses that stop winning
Or have never won a race
They are the prime victims
It is such a disgrace
And is going on regardless
And it seems so few folk know
Of the extreme cruelty
That apparently does grow

Canada is guilty of infamous desire
To profit from these animals
And many do conspire
To be as cruel as they can be
To torture all the way
And dupe the export markets
Into thinking that they pay

For regulated slaughter
And non administration
Of lethal drugs but honestly
They omit the vile conflation
Of interests down to profiteering
Whilst the animals suffer so
Horses these are horses
Who are loyal souls as we know

Infused with medication
Much of it is banned
In the EU but the paperwork
It all is being scanned
And altered and so no one knows
The extent of evil here
How these horses suffer
And how these horses fear

Kept in filthy conditions
Transported for hours on end
No food no water nothing
On humans they depend
But when they are a commodity
Which basically they are
Normal decent loving care
Is a cost factor to mar
The markup and the margin
So the exporter will say
If s few die on the truck
Who cares and then just walk
away

These animals are suffering
They get injured in the trucks
Wounded really badly
They are saving a few bucks
And neglecting to take care
These are living feeling souls
Not boxes of plastic crap
We owe it to each other
To not get in a flap
About this just to
Safeguard the horses
And be kind
CAnada needs a bloody good
Kick up its fat behind

Its a very very cruel place
We see it with the seals
Murdering all those babies
Despite their awesome squeals
Nursing infants suffering the vagaries
Of those
Who make money out of bludgeoning them
So the fur/pelt profit grows

The problem for the universe
Are the traders are a bunch
Of insentient criminals
You would not take out for lunch
You wouldnt be seen dead with them
They are less than human who
Threaten and bully and torture
And starve all of this they do

So that they can make a few more cents
They just will never see
The horses as creation
For it apparently
Is too far for their eyes to see
Their hearts to feel and so
The horses go through absolute hell
And all of you should know

Its nothing to do with the japanese or chinese
Its Canadians and they
Have to be reported
They cannot get their way
And if they are shipped to Mexico
Than its even worse
They have stand up for hours and hours
It truthfully is a curse

Banned chemicals are routinely given
But the paper work wont say
So consumers of horse in the EU
Are eating this shit today
Carcinogenic substances but the lousy EU
Doesnt stop to check them
To see that the paperwork is true

The USA and Canada are a bunch
Of unkind souls
And racehorses and dressage
Where are the controls
Gambling is an industry
And welfare seems to me
Is it rated in their agenda
And so this shit we see

Not looked after animals
Transported near and far
Murdered in cold blood alas
Their spirits how
We scar
They have to watch each other
shot
And all feel the pain
Its evil it is rotten and its all for
Financial gain

I really hope consumers
Are made sick for why they
Are knowingly eating horsemeat
And for that they pay
Clearly their retailers
Are not up to the job
Of ensuring that the meat is safe
And that does make me sob

Sob because a lot are making lots
Out of these deals
They all drive their range rovers
What it all conceals
Is the victims and there are many
Horses and consumers too
If only more people thought more
Of each other
not just the few who do
