Mind you!

I point my sweet
Advice at you
Those who gave up flesh
All through
their lives till then may be
They were a sick depository

And then it dawned on them that they
Would try to use another way
They would not eat an animal
But carry on eating the processed crap
It was vegan
It was veggie
Please don’t be a sap!

They drank their coke
Their chemical beer
All their sausages
Bought from here
And they all say vegan
On the box
Wash it down with a glass of pox

Unhealthy processed gm food
Or lots of dairy that does exude
From their pale skin
They abandoned meat
Only to give Nestle
A treat

By buying alternative veggie crap
White flour white sugar
Its refined you sap!

White salt
Why make it a sacrifice
And fill your bowels
With what won’t suffice

Whole foods
Vegetables
Soups and grain
Eat with the seasons
Chew
Don’t strain
Leave your i pad on your seat
Far away from where you eat

Turn the TV off and chew
Give thanks
Be positive
All of you

Its not a dictum just a poem
