Art and the holocaust images

This clearly may offend some Jewish families

they feel only, they can use the word

holocaust but clearly we’ve moved on some years

and realization sets in and  its occurred

to me so many times

that death camps everywhere the ghetto’s and the evils of the concentration camps

the Nazis the regime and all those huts

the word ,when used is a pointer

back to those days

but I agree in essence what we see

the holocaust is as bad for all these earthlings

who also deserve their place in History

billions of souls are sacrificed for nothing

for food for clothes and experimentation too

the cruelty and torture is so dreadful

as we know

in essence no one knows now what to do

since some are culpable  to all this killing

carnivores creating death for some

because its animals they eat

they cannot see the relevance

but the victims of the holocaust

are numb

hurt that we should use their word

describing   animals deaths

actually it doesn’t come to pass

they cannot be included in a list

of sorry victims

animals really are not

in the same class

the artist in Australia

is imagining her art

creating all the  animals and she

is drawing on the holocaust and

concentration camps

and all the insane methodology

and I dont see whats wrong with that

to be honest

murder is a price too high to pay

torture and real slavery

has got to be now be thought about

for all the souls who perish

along the way

right across the spectrum

and we are abusing

animals in every kind of way

from tiny little babies

crushed on chick conveyors

to cows hung up throats slashed

now every day

rivers of blood flow downwards

the earth absorbs it all

the blood and guts and sinews

to us it just does gall

and art creates new messages

and borrows the nazi style

its never anti semetic

but the message do rile

so I hear who imagine

words have a limited use

and holocaust can never be used

for animal abuse
