There’s a monster in Mumbai

An innocent puppy dog
sadly met its end
the other day
at the hands of a heinous horror
who made that baby pay
a price for being
tiny
being helpless
and alone
this insult for a human
his blue Daytona known

to one garage proprietor
who saw him quite a lot
it seemed his car was used
to kill
puppies and the spot
where recently it happened
it was witnessed by
a boy called Khar
who told the police about it
a 14 year old star

but the police did not
believe him
for a minor has no say
in Mumbai against
any adult
and that appears the way
what I am about to relate to you
will break your heart for sure
its awfulness
its insensitivity
levelled upon a poor

sweet young tiny puppy dog
lying on the floor
this really nasty bit of work
drove over him
and whatsmore
as then he lay whimpering
in a pool of his own blood
so mercilessly he reversed his car
and crushed him in the mud
the little soul was begging
with its tiny mournful eyes
and again the beast drove over him
to the little boys surprise

the puppy now was crushed
and lifeless
whereupon this feind
got out, winked at the little boy
then he slowly leaned
over to look at the puppy
to ensure that it was dead
satisfied it was
got back into his car
and sped

off in a direction
as fast as he could go
having murdered a tiny little soul
by crushing it below
his flashy blue Daytona
this evilness so dire
just writing of this happening
makes me still perspire

it makes those even thinking
about what had occurred
cry within their hearts out loud
and be shocked by every word
and it seemed the garage
owner
knew of his whereabouts
others too have witnessed
him and are left with
just no doubts
he is the vilest vagabond
the vehemence it flows
a sick psychotic killer whose
taste for blood now grows

there have been many cases
but sadly in Mumbai
the police
don’t view this as a crime
there are far worst crimes
apparently on a level really high
the tears that fell when
this innocent was crushed
out in the street
and was left just like a broken doll
and so far from discreet

this monster must be caught
and given a shock
or we might see
he sets his sights on
chidren
on humans possibly
Animals Rightists everywhere
must try to find a way
of apprehending this piece
of work and getting him locked away
