Herzogovina the dogs in the streets there

A dog in Bosnia Herzogovina
has about as much chance
of survival in the streets there
as the rats and mice because
ther are no real shelters
so those discarded are
stretdogs left to roam their home
the gtter what a scar
that must leave on their poor souls
left out in the cold
nobody does love them
in garbage they are rolled
spat at, kicked
often knocked down
no one seems to care
if you are lost out on the streets
the place is just despair
it is never a dogs life
its really hell on earth
and we make it worse
than it is
letting more give birth
they have no food
no water
many have such pain
the dogs of Herzogovina
