Sweeteners are manipulative

Aspartame
an absurdity of sweetness
manufacturers mince their words
and so push it
clearly this refined white
powder, mystifies
there is no doubt
in my mind
that its s–t
But the regulatory bodies
say its A okay
its in soft drinks
in candies, and in pies
kids are on medication
even in their cots
and the corporates
they continue telling
lies.
And its tantalisingly
difficult to disprove it
for the weight of
money bearing down
on those
who speak out against
anything that turns out to
be negative
for the FDA
accepts well written prose
for me I wouldn’t touch
the stuff not ever
Despite the money
clearly in the pot
artificial sweeteners
are manipulative
whatever they say
to me don’t mean a lot
in fact I wouldn’t trust
not anyone of them
they all lie through their back teeth
anyway
its just that in America
the state allows
these criminals
free reign to make their money
every day
Aspartame and Nutrasweet
and all the artificial stuff
crowded on the supermarket shelves
I wouldn’t give you one bent dime
nor would I spend, any time
listening to the so called FDA

    Can I simply say what a relief to uncover an individual who actually understands what they’re discussing over the internet.
