3 Nice sized organic onions
A Kuri pumpkin, I
Sliced the onion finely
Sweated them and why
To make a soup with
with the water from the onions
Honestly its really worth a try
Simmer it 4 minutes
Then add spring water
the flavour’s so intense
Don’t ask me why
Nutty and so sweet for sure
a very warming bowl
on a Winters day
when finger tips get frozen
It has soul
y
the other half I’m roasting
with a dusting of celtic salt
perhaps for 20 minutes
and then of course I halt
the process, it is ready
ready to devour
full of heat and sweetness
and lots of lovely power
No stock, No milk
no soya, no flour
no meat, no fat
a bowl of pumpkin soup no less
is exactly where I’m at

and bought from my friend Pauls Tofu
and the onions grown in England

and I feel like a new man)
