Cooking a dog whilst its friends look on

Loyalty was earned
But the canines will be burned
The others in the cage
Have their internal rage
To contend with as they see
As they feel his agony

Their nervous pitiful state
On edge having to wait
As a clearly caustic character
With venomous desire
Cooks their friend in Front of them
In what is a leaping fire

Dogs sense far more than humans
Their ability to smell
Is more acute than us by many times
And clearly Hell
Is now here for the seeing
As these animals expire
Manhandled from their cage
To perish in the fire

The smoke and cooking odours
Present their friends life they
Pick up on his kindness
And why he had to pay
His whole life before them
Each of them could see
And all of his true intentions
And the human truculently
Ignores for without thought
The abhorrent loveless game
Of roasting a dog in front of his chums
Making the cruellest claim

The stink will coat their nostrils
And enrage their senses too
The revulsion of each moment
And the malice coming through
Each onlooker is wary
It offensive to be sure
The total lack of humility
In the roasting of the gore

If a spirit is to be dashed
Then surely it must be
And who would have the stomach for
Such a sight to see
Spreading fear to all those there
Whose hearts must flutter free
Panic stricken terror crazed
All petrified we know
Its hopelessness apparent
That really can only grow

For man to stoop to this degree
Of thoughtlessness must show
His dietary principles
Obviously they throw
A spanner in his digestive works
And his gut barrier brain
A hideousness unmatched it seems
Pure lives lost in vain
