Red onions sliced thinly
are good eaten raw
but remember be careful do be aware

Polyphenols Bio flavonoids and quercitin
Which are so good for you
With onions you win
An Anti inflammatory so with RA
an excellent choice to have everyday
Reducing the pain as your joints start to swell
Onions from heaven RA from Hell
There’s dietary fibre and omega 3
Manganese, Sulphur and Vitamin C
Its been eaten for 5000 years maybe more
Make an onion sandwhich and add to your store
Of these vital components that your body needs
Anti bacterial too it succeeds
where others do fail Go try some Today
Their cheap and they keep and farmers, don’t use much spray

(When storing keep away from potatoes because potatoes contain ethylene gas and moisture which will force the onion to rot very rapidly)
