Glastonbury

An aura of grandeur
To a darkened degree
I am off to the Tor
The levels to see
Glastonbury’s sleeping
St Michael’s Tower
Is apparently lost
In the dark at this hour
No matter I still venture
Up the path to the sky
With a mug of hot water
And a piece of pie
