A magpie I saw on the roof today
Down in the rainwater gutter
Did play
Wetting his feather
Shaking around
A right little dancer
Really to have found
He nipped up the roof
And then came back again
Seemingly he was so very vain
Checking his feathers
Helping to see
That His brand new tuxedo
Looked great actually.
