Broken

Broken solar panels
Are leaching violence fast
Cadmium and chromium
All stuff of the past
It was going to energise
Our homes instead of gas
The save the planet edicts
Remember those enmasse

And much came here from China
They didn’t last that long
Four or five years of apparent heat
But then it all went wrong
The putrid ness of toxins
Wretched as could be
Are now smashed up and leaking shit
Into our crops for free

Cancer yes it’s big time
The woke philosophy
Toss away the coal and gas the oil
Too let it be
Left below the surface
Import the solar shit
All the way from China
See if it will fit

On the roof of London
Ugly monstrosities
Offering the sparkle
Hoping just to please
The pensioners all freezing
Knees knocking knuckles blue
Remember that bloke Starmer
Who hadn’t got a clue.
