Potten end pond

Autumnal leaves
Close to potten pond
A picturesque stature
A magic wand
waved for a moment
beautifully
creating a picture of the purest
of tree
a mum and a toddler
running around
all the recent rain
produced a very green land
the bench at the poolside
empty today
an oatmeal expanse
of sky sort of gray
