Cows milk

It’s never heaven
It might be a hell
Where new born calves go
It’s a spell
That’s awfully dark and dangerous tool
Millions end up there
They do
We drink their milk
It’s in our ice cream
In our custard
It would seem
To be the case that calves will go
Without nutrition the fail to grow
Up on bovine milks at all
Our children get that
A great bud wall
Of silence really so
We can drink or sup the udder
Glowing pink

Creamy mash and chocolate too
Yogurt kefir what they do
Rice pudding butter
Dairy cream
Calves abused and killed
Would seem
To be the answer
To be what’s right
Processed calves milk
Every night fed to human babies
Who
Need cows milk
To get them through
