“Bianca”

She was lying dying
By the roadside
As sickly as could be
No Samaritans around for days
Nobody to see
Her clearly aching body
And her lovely mind
Skin and bones
Only the maggots
Seemingly entwined

One of the angels found her
And took her to place
Where care and love was
Present
They cleaned and loved her face
Took away the maggots
Cleaned her and cared and she
Came back to life and living
And why we need to be
Caring of each other
Of all animals that be
Wanting we must love them
All for an eternity
“Bianca” she grew stronger
With all the love and care
Her wounds healed
Her fur healed
And she was so aware
and pleased that love had found her
And she was well again
Living with the spirit
Of the pure set sweet refrain
