The Duchess of Sussex and her meal in Melbourne

Now we see the precious Royals
Consuming Kangaroo
She’s pregnant and the bush meat
Was hardly good its true
Who in their right mind
would risk this
The great flesh trade of OZ
Pushing Roo commercially
Really just because

It hopefully inflates the sale
Of the Iconic Kangaroo
Its what the trade is after doing
And it was chargrilled too
Served in a nest of mushrooms and quinoa
So I hear
Ben Shewry was the chef
But for me it was far from clear

Aboriginal tucker
Dressed up ostentatiously
Doesnt take away from
Really how unresponsibly
these wild souls are cut down at night
Blinded by a trucks spotlight
Shot to death and dragged and butchered
A filthy business
Thats never right

What the indigenous do in the outback
Is not acceptable to
A duchess who is pregnant
It wasnt, thought through
Its all about agendas
But she should not have been
A guinea pig the unborn child
At risk and thats just mean

Spontaneous abortions
Toxoplasmosis kills
Her poor unborn foetus
Its negative it chills
Its worst inside her body
The risks are just too high
And to me its an abuse of trust
My question is really why

Was it too give some credence
To the flesh trade and their thing
To get more of us eating Kangaroo
And try to bring
More gelt into their coffers
That to me is dense
And using a pregnant women
Well it really makes no sense

The Government of Australia
And all its hangers on
Have to come to terms
With kangaroo killings
And how wrong
We know its about money
Shooters encouraged to
Kill as many wild souls
As they can and infact do

Remember its the outback
They are city slickers they
Are not the Aboriginies
With resistance, they display
An alien intention
To murder souls at night
To shoot them down
Whilst feeding
In a trucks spotlight

Its murder the most foul
In my eyes
Females feeding young
Shot to death
Denied of breath
And many babes among
The victims
Many thousands of joeys
Thats wee souls
Decapitated if they are lucky
By the fearsome ghouls

Piece work breeds
Such ignorance
such arrogance as well
Shooters really bring to the outback
Something straight from HELL
The human hell of larceny
The ugly face of sin
And for this to go commercial
It gets under my skin

Its bloody hot and dusty
And the poor souls they are dragged
Back and then are butchered
Not by butchers many gagged
From telling the real story
How dirty this all is
Hung in a truck blow flies and all
And this is the real biz

There is no refrigeration
Hours and hours on end
It makes me sick to write this down
So how can some defend
Such a nasty business
Then loaded into stores
With leaky seals old containers
Really they are a cause

For concern but still are being used
Temperatures what a scam
No one there to check on them
As more bodies they cram
Raising up the temeperature
Its a wonder people trust
Its clearly total ignorance
Why this trade they fail to bust

They can take days to freeze back down
This the murder trade
Unhygenic at every level
So now to parade
The flesh in quinoa nests my god
On whose head is this laid
To prevent putrefaction and spoiling
What they do
Is raise the chemical additives
A lot of SO 2
Much more than it ought to be
To kill off the bugs
Russia banned the Roo flesh
It just tugs and tugs

The heartstrings to imagine
That a duchess gets to try
Not only ROO but wild boar too
And Barramundi, I
and god knows what else
Cant believe the idiocy of man
To risk the life of the unborn child
For some thwarted plan

Bush meat is that the kind of thing
Visiting royalty
Should be so presented
Its a gift that well for me
Is given with other motives
An arrogant desire
To raise my shackles which it has done
For Now I am on fire!

One hopes and prays the baby
Will be as healthy as can be
The risks are there
Who was aware
And why cant people see
How wrong it is to murder Roo’s

with L- carnitine as well
Shelf life they get that alright
As far as I can tell

With the risk apparent in my book judgement was poor
This was not a mindful experiment however well thought out
