Rhino

Yea I look slow
Prehistoric almost
But boy am I fast
when I run
30 to 40 miles in an hour
If I’m chasing your butt
Oh! what fun

The Ox Pecker
sits on my shoulders
And warns me if danger
is nigh
He throws one of his
big tantrums
if poachers are near
Which is why
I pay him to really protect me
He can have all the ticks
he can eat
Thats truly cooperation
And personally I think thats neat

In our middens, we leave messages
Its where we can all share our news
Nuances, its all down to the dung
Experienced noses see clue’s
With Youngsters and females
its different, a sick Rhino wow there’s a pong
Male Rhino’s tend to be vital
their particular smell is so strong
I have a PHd in Poo
My practical thesis began
With poo and it ended with poo
in a nutshell, we’re much more advanced
than a man

50 million years that is our pedigree
We once roamed Turtle Island
and Europe too
Of all the Rhino’s left on
earth there isn’t very many
30,000 possibly I mean thats hardly any
My skin is soft and sensitive to bites
and to sunburn
Thats why I go for mud packs I mean I have concern
For skin Cancer and this hot weather
it plays havoc and I
Have to have the finest skin
to attract a lovely guy
Most have lousy eyesight
Thats my saving grace
Slop myself in all that mud
And they can’t see my face
So there you are gals
a few secrets how a Rhino chick
Keeps the horn of Africa
and doesn’t miss a trick
